We Raise Sunken Concrete!

How Concrete Lifting Works

Concrete Lifting: Step One
1. A pattern of 1 1/4" holes are drilled through the sunken slab.

Concrete Lifting: Step Two
2. A mixture of ground limestone and water (known as grout) is pumped under the slab. Once the void is filled, the grout becomes pressurized and hydraulically raises the slab.

Concrete Lifting: Step Three
3. The holes are then patched with a quick set, high strength cement that blends naturally with the existing concrete.
